Our birddog real estate program allows you to earn money referring houses to us (sending us leads) in Cuyahoga, Medina, and Lake Counties as well as in Akron and Columbus, OH. If we successfully close on the house you earn $500 PER property. It costs you nothing to do it. Just send us the referral and make some cash if we close the deal!
What is a bird dog? Simply put, as a bird dog, you would be a deal finder. You would find motivated sellers and discounted properties and you get paid a referral fee for your efforts. We look to our network of bird dogs to find houses to buy for cash. As a bird dog, you have an opportunity to earn some great money, help homeowners out, and improve your neighborhood.
How much money can I make? You earn $500 PER house you refer to us if we successfully close on the house.
Your earning potential is determined by how much you hustle and how many good leads you send us. You have the potential to earn good money. The more (quality) leads you send to us the better chance we can close them and that you get paid.
WHAT’S THE PROCESS? HOW DO I GET STARTED?

- We’ll send you materials that will train you how to find quality leads.
- Get started. Go out and find leads and send them to us (we’ll tell you how after you join).
- We confirm it is not a lead that another bird dog submitted (if it is we let you know). We then go out and research the property and contact the homeowner to try to buy it.
- If we successfully close them you will get paid within a week of closing.

Q: Who are we?
Sesa Properties is a real estate investment company that buys houses for cash in Ohio. We buy houses directly from homeowners that need work and/or that are an eyesore and fix them up. Q: Where do you buy properties and what types of properties should I send you?
We buy single-family houses, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, apartment buildings, and vacant land. We buy in Cuyahoga County, Medina County, and Lake County as well as in the cities of Akron, OH and Columbus, OH.
Q: How do I find properties that will close?
It is super simple. When you join our drive for dollars birddog real estate program (by submitting the form) we will teach you exactly what and who to look for to find leads. This will give you all the information you need when you are thinking about who you already know OR when you are driving around town.

Q: What if I join and don’t find any leads?
We think you will find plenty of leads because they are pretty easy to find. BUT there’s absolutely no commitment. If you never send us any leads that’s okay. If you send us a bunch that’s okay too!
Q: Is this a job?
No. It is not a formal job. You would not be working for Sesa Properties. There are no contracts. It is a referral program. Our program is flexible: send us one referral OR you can be a freelance bird dog for us as a side hustle or even as your full-time gig.

Q: Do I qualify?
