- Homelight.com – This is a helpful site for finding a realtor to work with if you decide to sell your house on the market in a traditional sale.
- Zillow – Zillow is probably the most popular real estate site. Use this site to get a sense of what your house would be worth if it is in good condition (similar to those listed for your target price). If you decide to sell your house as an FSBO you can do so on zillow.com.
- Trulia – Trulia is a great resource to get a deep understanding of a neighborhood. They provide information on crime, school rankings, and businesses in a designated area. It is a great source to get a good idea of an area before moving there. It is also a good tool to see how your neighborhood ranks and what buyers will see when searching or looking at your home on a very popular real estate site.
- Redfin – Like Trulia, Redfin helps you learn details about any property and the local area a property is located in. It also gives an estimate, and information about a given property, such as taxes.
