Not everybody is aware there are people who buy houses for cash that will make you a cash offer to buy your house.

They buy houses for investment purposes and usually have the cash to close faster than a traditional buyer using a mortgage.   • Do they all have oak cabinets?
  • Do they all have brown exterior paint?
